Baiquan has been a Science Assistant at the WGl TSU right after Ph.D. graduation in July, providing scientific support for both the main report of WG I and the special report on Climate Change and Land. He received his Ph.D. in Meteorology from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, with a focus on detection and attribution of changes in extreme precipitation over China from the thermodynamic and dynamic perspective.
