Please note that WMO/IPCC shall not be held responsible for any health problems or accidents that the participants may have, nor would WMO/IPCC be responsible for any quarantine costs following a positive COVID test on arrival for those that require it. Participants shall make their own arrangements for life, health and other forms of insurance as they consider appropriate. Participants, when travelling, should ensure to have their insurance card or certificate with them as to international coverage.

To pursue a sustainable pathway and to promote circularity, the host country kindly invites all delegates to bring their own individual water bottle to the conference venue.

This system is to facilitate the pre-registration of delegates through the IPCC government Focal Points and IPCC accredited Observer Organizations.

As IPCC Focal Point and/or IPCC Observer Organization you should pre-register delegates using your unique credentials. The deadline for registration is Monday, 27 February 2023 (midnight CET). In case of difficulty, please contact the IPCC Secretariat at: ipcc-sec@wmo.int.
