As IPCC Focal Point and/or IPCC Observer Organization you should pre-register delegates using your unique credentials. The deadline for registration is 31 July 2019 (Wednesday). In case of difficulty, please contact the IPCC Secretariat at: ipcc-sec@wmo.int.
