Seating arrangements for the Main Conference Room
In accordance with IPCC practice, all government delegations and observer organizations will have a country/organization nameplate at a table seat in the Main Conference Room. As in the past, additional seating will be provided at the rear of the Room to accommodate members of larger delegations. In addition, given the high number of registrations being received, an overflow room in the conference centre will also be available. This room will have a video feed from the Main Conference Room and interpretation in all languages will be provided.
